BOOKING A SESSION

There is some paper work, which you need to read before our work together begins.

Mainly these forms are required because I have insurance which says it’s needed, but also these details are there to keep you safe.

Some details will be taken over the phone so I can book you on my system, I will then send you an email with the consent and GDPR for you to sign electronically.

Cancellations

If you can’t attend a session please let me know ASAP so we can rearrange your session.

I have a 24 hour cancellation policy, if you cancel within this time then session is still chargeable.

Payment is taken when you book.

This is be done via the online service below or via bank transfer.

If you decide to continue the therapy after your initial session, we can book further appointments.

When booking you will receive an email confirming payment and then your appointment is booked in and secure.

Changes to your appointment needs to be done at least 24 hours before your appointment is due to take place.
