A weekend to sort your sh*t out! This is a weekend to change your life. You will be given the tools to make this happen, along with time to relax in the spa.

When you arrive at Holbrook House, which is based just outside of Wincanton, Somerset. You will enjoy a 2 night exclusive stay in their luxury rooms in the manor house. Your stay will include parking, access to their newly renovated gym, pool and spa facilities free of charge. So remember to pack your gym gear and swim suit. There will also be an option to book a spa treatment whilst you are staying, quote ‘LAST RESORT’ to get 10% off of your treatment.

What each day looks like:

Here is what each of the days might look like so you know what you are letting yourself in for! Transparency for us is key with no hidden costs.

Day 1:

Friday: You are welcome to arrive from 09.00hrs and take advantage of the gym and spa facilities. Check into your room from 16.00hrs. Once you have arrived you will be shown to your room, all the rooms have been allocated on a single occupancy basis, as we think having time to reflect is important.

You can then unpack, check out your hamper ( we know, fancy right?) which will include all of the resources you will need for the weekend, plus a few bonus treats! Within the first couple of hours you will also get to know your coaches who are going to be taking you through the weekend and explore the beautiful grounds of the manor.

Once everyone has arrived and had chance to settle in, we will sit down for a 3 course dinner, so that we can get to know each other. This will also give us the opportunity to gain a greater understanding of what you want to achieve from this weekend.

After dinner you will then get ready for your first experience, which is a Gong Bath. See below for more information:

The Science:

The auditory stimuli of the gong bath process lead to entrainment, a form of beneficially modified brainwave frequencies.

The first brainwave state to be reached is alpha, which is defined by frequencies between 8 and 12 Hz. Alpha brainwaves are associated with creativity and feelings of relaxation. In this state, people experience daydreams, associative thinking and an animated imagination. This state is quickly followed by an influx of theta brainwaves, which fall between 4 and 7 Hz.

Normally, the theta brainwave state is associated with deep meditation, hypnosis and REM sleep.
The sound vibrations release blocks and tension in the body and stimulate the glandular, nervous and circulation system. Regenerating the parasympathetic nervous system, gong baths slow the body down, sending out calming feelings so that the body has time to repair itself, helping the brain to understand that it can relax.

  • Strengthens the immune system as the body repairs itself in a relaxed state.

  • Helps clear emotional and energetic blockages.

Synaesthesia, or mixing of the senses that occurs during the gong bath is believed to awaken higher states of consciousness and intuition.

After your Gong Bath you will then settle down for a restful nights sleep, ready for the transformation to begin in the morning.

Day 2:

You will be given the option of either a movement workshop or a boot camp style workout, the idea behind this is to get your body moving before we start the day. This will also release lots of those ‘happy’ chemicals called endorphins, so that your mind is open and clear for you to begin working on your authentic self.

Breakfast will be served at around 9am, where you can enjoy the choice of a cooked breakfast or something lighter like a continental breakfast.

Some of the workshops you will attend will be, ‘Limiting beliefs’ – with in this you are going to get to the bottom of what is stopping you from achieving your best life.

Lunch is provided by Holbrook Manor (menu provided and choices taken on your discovery call)

After lunch we are then going to move towards the importance of accountability! You are only going to get out of this weekend what YOU put in.

Afternoon Workshop- This will be personalised to the individuals needs.

Throughout the day there is going to plenty of time for reflection, relaxing and enjoying the onsite spa facilities.

Day 3:

Relax wake up, use of the spa facilities or have a pre-breakfast walk around the grounds.

Then preparing you for what’s ahead. How you are going to achieve your goals?

One to One coaching session to set you up for the best start.

Throughout your weekend all drinks, snacks and food is provided, there will be the option of purchasing alcohol, however we do not recommend drinking as this will inhibit your experience.

We are aiming for the last day to end around 15.00hrs, you have use of the spa facilities until 21:30hrs.

After your weekend:

By the end of the weekend you will have been given all the tools you need to make the changes to your life.

As additional support we also offer a further 3 weeks of accountability to make the new habits stick and you accountable for your plans to change your life.

You will have 2 check ins in the first two weeks after the retreat, on week three you will arrange with your coach to have a one to one video call and then on the fourth week you will be invited to join a group video call so we can celebrate the wins, achievements and what’s next.
